1. Credit card details must be provided to secure your booking.

2. If your booking is cancelled five days or more before your arrival date there is no charge.

3. If your booking is cancelled within five days of your arrival date the first night will be charged.

4. On departure guests can make payment any way they wish, but please note there will be a 2% charge on your total bill for using a credit card.

5. Check in time - 1400hrs (2pm). Check out time - 1000hrs (10am).

6. Guests arriving early can leave their luggage until the room is ready. Guests without a car may leave their luggage at the house until their train or bus is due to depart.

7. An approximate time of arrival would be appreciated to ensure we can provide you with a warm welcome.

8. Breakfast is served between 0730hrs (7.30am) until 0845hrs (8.45am).

9. Guests wishing an early departure can have a packed lunch instead of breakfast.

10. This is a non smoking establishment and anyone fould to have been smoking in the rooms will incur a £100 charge against the credit card used for the booking.

11. Any damaged caused within the premises will be charged to the credit card used to make the booking.

Whilst using our booking services at 6 Caberfeidh B&B you may be required to provide personal information to ensure your booking is secured. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as adopted into law of the United Kingdom in the Data Protection Act 2018. Subsequent to you providing telephone and email details, you consent to 6 Caberfeidh B&B contacting you using those methods of communication.
